The project "Encyclopaedia of contemporary art of Ukraine".
The Artgalleries Association of Ukraine jointly with the "Soviart" CAM carries out the work for the fundamental project. It is planned: the edition of a big book up to 500 pages – encyclopaedias including glossary, articles on all directions of contemporary art of the end of the 20th – and the beginning of the 21st centuries, CD-version of encyclopaedia in English, Russian languages, CD about the Ukrainian contemporary artists. The authors group includes: V.Khamatov – President of the Artgalleries Association of Ukraine and the "Soviart" CAM, critics and experts: À.Solovyov, G.Vysheslavskiy, Î.Sidor-Gibelinda, À.Òytarenko. The project is planned to be realized for two years, towards the end of 2008. Two stages of work have been completed and more then 300 articles were prepared. The results of the 1st stage of the project was presented on April 12, 2007.
